Terrible support

I have websites hosted at IXWebhosting for more than 1,5 years. They offer very good deals compared to our previous hosting providers. The service quality was good in 2007, but now is very bad due to serving many customers (probably). Our MSSQL database was currently lost twice by something (not our fault). I ask help from support team but they were totally helpless, always answers “Please wait for our admin!”. Most requests through their ticket system take more than 10hrs to get reply. Recently, I had to wait for more than 30 hrs to get feedback from admin. That causes our service company loses credits in the market which we have hardly earned in many years. Because of their bad support, we are planning to move to other host soon.

Sales Dep.

I've just tried to chat on what they would recommend for my Windows hosting needs... They were clueless... and took too much time to reply. I don't want to imagine how Tech-Support would do it.

Unbeatable?

Linux and Windows plans for affordable and reasonable monthly cost, not too shabby. Two free domain names. Can’t beat that. Unlimited sub domains on the Business pro. Might think about that going forward.
