not even one cent anymore

They seemed very template built, problem ridden, and not worthy of our business. Crediting my account after glitches and fixes does not restore lost traffic opportunities and referral click revenue possibly lost. The debt of lost time due to database restoration cannot be repaid through these measures. First time efficiency needs to be absolute or the hosting account is not worth even one cent on the hosting dollar.

VERY Good Performance

Analysis of my performance showed using this Hosting Provider was a safe bet. While the costs were dead even with my previous hosting company, reliability and technical efficiency were surprisingly successful. My memory usage was fairly accurate and reflected actual installation and data parking, unlike many server farmed hosting account folders I has used before.

less options/ possibilities

Critical economies between web hosting companies can determine shifts in our industry, even marginal costs per day of bandwidth or the cost of email accounts. But this web host did not offer near as many options and add-ons as some of the hosting company packages I reviewed. Communicating information and promoting my products can be difficult when the site design plug and play is limited. Strategy for advertising and marketing stalls flat when my website division is looking back over previous project steppes to revise or correct erroneous illustration and display glitches

IX Web Host scores well

This company's procedure was to select a hosting provider and online destination for programming and site launch on parameters of price, reliability, and reputation. This web host allowed us to enjoy some real work product without attendant difficulties of information technology equipment management. Webcasting, conference calls via telephony, and account and customer review progressed more efficiently with IX Web Hosting than any other service.

Great support team

Too often the war between our employees and the customer service and help desk employees of a hosting company becomes battleground. The marginal benefit of a hosting company becomes a disadvantage when problem solving pushes back the overall project completion. But they let our programming real estate build code instead of put out fires. We needed that, and value them for the help.

awkward moments

Putting down a web hosting company is easy, but fundamentally the hosting functions should work well most of the time. IX had some awkward moments in the performance cycle which left our techs stalling for time. Outages when notified are valid hosting company occurrences, yet with some hosting companies it becomes an uneasily regular happening. I would like to see more reliability and managerialoversight of small shared accounts.

amazing

Eight dedicated IP addresses in Business Plus plan is a nice perk. Comparison pulldown to a dropdown of all other plans at Godady, Yahoo and many other hosting companies really amazed me. I could compare base features and plan perks with my other hosting plans without leaving the IX website. Really makes Godaddy looks bad.

The web design “special” costs are laughably monstrous. The use of the word “special” may be misunderstood by many potential new clients. Thousands of dollars?

Nice!!

Expert Plan is a nice price, $4.95 a month with a ton of extras. E commerce ready it says. Could be a sweet startup package plan. The Unlimited Pro Plan has 16 dedicated Ip addresses! Nice.

They Rock!

I don't know what these others are talking about! I have hosted with many budget hosts before, and there is good and bad times with everybody... however, IX has had the best times out of all of them. Customer Service is wonderful - efficient and friendly!!! So, maybe you should try again. :)
